Community Guidelines

40UP is a directory for mature adult companions aged 40 and over. These guidelines exist to keep the platform safe, honest, and useful for everyone. By posting or browsing, you agree to follow them.

Who Can Post

  • You must be at least 40 years of age to list on 40UP
  • All providers must be independent — agency-managed listings are not permitted
  • You must be posting on your own behalf, not for someone else
  • One listing per provider at a time — duplicate posts will be removed

Listing Rules

  • Descriptions must be accurate and reflect who you actually are
  • Include your real age, or at minimum an honest age range
  • Specify your location and service area clearly
  • State whether you offer incall, outcall, or both
  • Do not copy listings from other providers or other sites
  • Listings that appear auto-generated or spammy will be removed

Prohibited Content

The following will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban:

  • Any content involving minors or references to underage individuals
  • Human trafficking, coercion, or any non-consensual activity
  • Explicit pricing for sexual services
  • Drug use, drug sales, or references to controlled substances
  • Threats, harassment, or violent language of any kind
  • Fraudulent or misleading listings designed to scam visitors
  • Content that violates any applicable local, state, or federal law

Photo Guidelines

  • All photos must be of you and taken within the last 12 months
  • Do not use stolen, stock, or AI-generated images
  • You are not required to show your face, but photos must honestly represent your appearance
  • No explicit or fully nude photos in listing thumbnails
  • Photos depicting illegal activity will be removed immediately

Safety & Conduct

40UP encourages safe, respectful interactions between all parties.

  • Screening and verification between providers and clients is strongly encouraged
  • Always meet in a safe, well-lit location when possible
  • Consent is non-negotiable — respect boundaries at all times
  • Never send money upfront to someone you haven't met
  • Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, walk away
  • Keep a trusted friend informed of your plans and whereabouts

Enforcement & Reporting

We take violations seriously. Here's how enforcement works:

  • Listings that violate these guidelines will be removed without notice
  • Repeat offenders or serious violations will result in permanent bans
  • We cooperate fully with law enforcement when required by law
  • If you see something suspicious, report it immediately via our Report Abuse page
