If you've come across a listing that looks suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal, please report it. We take every report seriously and review them promptly.
Immediate danger or criminal activity?
If you believe someone is in immediate danger or a crime is in progress, contact your local law enforcement first. Then report it to us at abuse@40up.net so we can take action on our end.
What Should Be Reported
- Listings involving or referencing minors in any way
- Suspected human trafficking or coercion
- Stolen photos, catfishing, or fake profiles
- Scams, fraud, or attempts to steal money
- Drug-related content or references to controlled substances
- Threats, harassment, or violent language
- Spam, duplicate listings, or bot-generated content
- Any content that violates local, state, or federal law
How to Report
Follow these three steps to submit an effective report:
1
Copy the URL
Copy the link to the listing or page you want to report
2
Describe the Issue
Tell us what's wrong and include screenshots if possible
3
Email Us
Send everything to abuse@40up.net and we'll handle it
What to Include in Your Report
The more detail you provide, the faster we can act:
- The full URL of the listing or profile
- The username of the provider, if visible
- A description of the violation or concern
- Screenshots or saved images as evidence
- Your contact email (optional, but helpful for follow-up)
What Happens Next
- All reports are reviewed by a real person within 12 hours
- Listings that violate our guidelines are removed immediately
- Repeat offenders are permanently banned from the platform
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement when required by law
- Reporters remain anonymous — we never share who filed a report
Not sure if something is a violation? Report it anyway. We'd rather review something that turns out to be fine than miss something serious. When in doubt, send it to abuse@40up.net.
